Visitor and Parking Information:
You must have a visitors parking pass in order to park your car.
Due to limited parking, we encourage participants to please carpool if possible. The Vice Chancellor for Research and Economic Development at NCSU has graciously offered to pay the fee to parking (normally $5/day/vehicle) for the SPARC meeting. Out of consideration for their support of our group, we ask all campuses to coordinate their transportation to NCSU, minimize the number of vehicle to the extent possible and please be sure to register for the required parking permit timely. The deadline for parking registration is March 28, 2014.
On the registration page below, you must Select the dropdown bar if you need a Parking Permit Pass.
Instructions to driver:
Each driver will receive an email from NC State, with permit information in addition there will also be a link contained in the email for seeing a campus map that will show where the parking deck is that you will be using. You will need to open up the email, click link for "request parking permit", which then opens new screen where you will add in our event date - 4/14/2014 and then select the parking facility you wish to use. There are three options: First Choice (for as many as are available) - Oval West Deck - Centennial. Alternate choices, if that one is full: Partners Way Deck - Centennial or Monteith Research Ctr Deck. Then you will be taken to a screen where you can click a link to print the parking permit. The permit must be placed on the front dash of your vehicle.
