This Work Order provides for 1,400 hours of Banner support services at a fee of $180/hour.  For campuses that wish to utilize these hours, contact Jo Ann Pearson with the request and estimated number of hours needed.  The hours provided in this work order are uncommitted, and invoices will be generated monthly on services utilized.  Travel and living expenses are the responsibility of each campus.
