Leadership Enhancement and Administrative Development (LEAD)
LEAD is a leadership and management development program designed specifically to assist managers and emerging leaders at UNC General Administration. This program will assist department managers and emerging leaders in navigating the complex issues they face as members of the University leadership.
We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2nd annual Leadership Enhancement and Administrative Development program. This year program participation is being extended to UNC-TV and SEAA and the selection committee will be accepting nominations through Friday, May 22, 2015.
The curriculum will be delivered in eight full-days from September to November 2015. There are only thirty slots and attendance is mandatory, so submit your nomination form with supervisory approval and hold the dates on your calendar.
