Consistently and notably exceeds defined expectations without exception. Advances the organization through the introduction of new practices and processes which benefit the University. Exhibits exceptional quality of work through superior planning, execution and creativity. Exhibits highly effective leadership behavior consistent with the University’s mission and initiatives and viewed as a role model in the organization.
Meets established expectations. Enhances the opportunity for the department and its goals through competence and reliability. Exhibits quality of work through planning, execution and creativity. Makes meaningful contributions and demonstrates leadership behaviors consistent with the University’s mission and initiatives.
|Improvement Required (3)
Inconsistently meets established standards and goals for the position. Performs below expectations on certain critical job requirements and responsibilities. Immediate and sustained improvement is required.
