Person Identification Number (PID)

Why you need one - The Person ID Number (PID) is an identification number assigned to all persons with a university relationship, as defined by an official university department.  The PID is the primary record keeping key for all departments within the university and must be used for all communication.

New Employee Forms

Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) – Must be completed no later than three days from date of hire.
Withholding Allowance Certificate (W-4) - Must be returned to your HR Facilitator by the end of the first week of hire for SPA employees and by the 10th of the month for EPA employees.
Withholding Allowance Certificate (NC-4) - Must be returned to your HR Facilitator by the end of the first week of hire for SPA employees and by the 10th of the month for EPA employees.
Direct Payroll Deposit Authorization – Must be returned to your HR Facilitator by the end of the first week of hire for SPA employees and by the 10th of the month for EPA employees.

Time Information Management System (TIM)

TIM is used by SPA and EPA employees to record worked time and leave. Use your ONYEN and password to access your time card via TIM.
