Title: Equipment Maintenance Contracts Policy

 

 

Agencies are permitted to contract with the supplier or manufacturer of an equipment or maintenance product.. Such contracts are subject to the Division of Purchase and Contract rules, regulations, and procedures, as well as the States terms and conditions. Additionally, all contracts are subject to the applicable dollar limit granted the agency.

 

If an agency desires to obtain third party maintenance, the Division of Purchase and Contract will assist as necessary.

 

NOTE: Do not sign a vendor agreement. The Attorney General has consistently advised against the signing of vendor prepared agreements. You are advised to issue your own purchase order or contract.
